Add a customer while you are writing the document. Reuse saved items, set payment terms and include photos when they help explain the work. When an estimate becomes a job, carry its details into an invoice draft ready to check.

Receipts & expenses
Keep the receipt with the record.
Choose a receipt photo or PDF, review the details, then save the expense.
The reader helps fill in the record. You check the supplier, date, total and any VAT, and correct anything it could not read. Prefer to enter it yourself? Start with a manual expense instead.
Search saved expenses and narrow the list by date or category. In a connected account, the original receipt is stored privately with the expense so you can return to it later.
The demo shows the workflow with sample data; it does not retain original receipt files.
Payments & Tax Pot
A clearer view of what you have recorded.
Record customer payments, follow outstanding invoices and bring your income and costs into view.
With the required setup and records in place, Tax Pot shows a supported estimate of your tax position. Recorded CIS deductions, tax already paid and extra money to set aside stay distinct.
Business Funds brings reviewed cash, bills and commitments together. If the information is missing or out of date, TradePot asks you to check it before showing an available amount.
Tax Pot is an estimate based on supported records and your confirmed details. A potential repayment is not a confirmed refund or cash available to spend. TradePot does not hold or move your money.
Bring your records
Moving from another app?
Import supported CSV records from Xero, QuickBooks, Invoice2go or a prepared file. Match the columns, review the totals and resolve anything that needs attention before adding the records.
Direct account transfers are not available. Keep your original documents and receipts when moving your records.
Take your records with you
Keep your accountant in the picture.
Download supported records as CSV files for review or sharing with your accountant. Your invoice and estimate PDFs keep your business branding; CSV files contain the record data.
More about your recordsTradePot is in private testing. Live HMRC filing and paid subscriptions are not available. You can explore the core workflows in the demo without connecting HMRC.
