The approach

Those are the tasks TradePot puts first. The aim is to make the next action clear, with more detail available when you need it.
That means keeping your business identity on your documents, carrying useful details from an estimate into an invoice draft, and showing what needs checking before a figure is treated as ready.
Plain language, throughout.
You should be able to understand a screen without already knowing the accounting terms behind it. Where a term matters, explain it at the point you need it.
Your business comes through.
Your logo, colours and chosen layout belong on the estimates and invoices your customers see. Shared branding settings keep those choices consistent.
You stay involved in the decisions.
Review what was read from a receipt. Check imported records. See when an estimate needs more information. Useful help should make those decisions easier to understand.

A working product, still being tested.
You can explore TradePot in the browser demo. Real-account and iPhone testing are private, and Android preparation is under way.
Current workflows include branded estimates and invoices, receipt review, expense records, recorded payments, CSV imports and supported Tax Pot estimates.
Live HMRC filing and paid subscriptions are not available. We will explain availability and pricing before offering a paid plan.
